[E] No Pain No Gain
I saw him standing on the weight scale and sighing as he looks at the numbers appearing on the digital display. I thought, “Maybe it’s the numbers. They just won’t get lesser.”
I know that he wants to lose weight but he can’t resist the high-carbo-and-high-protein-with-Secukup-Rasa dishes that I cook everyday (even though they don’t taste good). I think I need to change the routine so that I can help him lose weight.
I suggested these to him:
- Go to gym.
- Eat oat.
- Try fruits diet.
- Have small portion of every meal.
Sorry Hubby, from now on there will be less rice for you, I’ll make you eat more vege, the meals I prepare are gonna be less-delicious with less salt & Secukup Rasa, I will add oat in your breakfast drinks and may also make you run 40-times across the living room before you go to bed.
